As an LSA, it is vital the following ideals are consistent;

• You will demonstrate patience and understanding in everything you do, being respectful of the school's ethos at all times.
• You will have experience working as a 1 to 1 LSA, preferably having worked in KS1 or KS2.
• An extensive knowledge of Visual, Auditory and Kinaesthetic learning styles is essential to this role as LSA.
• You must establish and maintain excellent relationships with the cohort as well as all other relevant agencies.
