One of our favourite client schools in Enfield has enlisted Step Teachers to recruit a LSA (1 to 1) for KS2. This particular role as a LSA (1 to 1) will be most suited to an individual that presents a fun, creative and aspirational working practise. The start date for this role as a LSA (1 to 1) will begin immediately as there has been an unplanned vacancy within the department.

The LSA (1 to 1) that will be successful will adhere to the qualities below;

• To enthuse, lead, develop and enhance the teaching practices of others across the phase, through mentoring, coaching, evaluating, supporting, guiding and target setting.
• To contribute to and actively support the overall ethos/work/aims of the School.
• To comply with, support and promote all school policies and procedures, particularly those relating to child protection, equal opportunities, racial equality, health, safety and security, confidentiality, behaviour and data protection.
• You will have schemes of work that are creative, varied and flexible enough to promote differentiation, and commitment to pupil progression.
