Step Teachers have been asked by an Ofsted rated school holding ‘Outstanding’ status in Streatham to source a resilient and creative Learning Support Assistant to join their team this September. This is a long-term, full-time role due to commence as soon as a suitable candidate is found and will offer a permanent role within the school depending on the performance of the candidate.

The successful candidate should display the following attributes:

• CACHE Level 2 or higher qualification
• KS1 or KS2 experience in a mainstream school or in a similar role
• Approach the role with patience and understanding of the children’s needs
• Experience working with ASD is desirable
• Creative in the way you work with the children to keep them interested in their learning
