A fantastic Pupil Referral Unit in Essex have tasked Step Teachers with sourcing a well-trained and resilient Learning Support Professional. This role is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the successful candidate depending on performance. If successful, you must be available for an immediate interview as the role is set to commence as soon as a strong candidate is found.

The PRU are looking for someone with the following attributes:

• Previous experience working in a PRU
• Experience working with SEMH, EBD or ADHD is desirable
• Able to support in a challenging environment
• Dedicated and resilient character
• Previous experience in a similar role
