We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly and committed Early Years team at a wonderful nursery. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the development of children during their most important early years. Beginning May 2025.

Duties as an Early Year Practitioner:

 

  • Provide high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

  • Plan and deliver stimulating activities that promote children's development

  • Observe, assess and record children's progress, contributing to learning journeys and reports

  • Support the physical, emotional, and social needs of children

  • Work closely with colleagues, parents and carers to ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment

  • Ensure the safeguarding and wellbeing of all children in your care

Ideal Early Years Practitioner:

 

  • A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, Diploma)

  • Experience working in an Early Years setting (nursery, pre-school or school)

  • A sound understanding of the EYFS and child development

  • A warm, caring, and patient manner

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills as an Early Years Practitioner.

  • A commitment to inclusion and child-centred learning
