A warm and welcoming Nursery in London is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic part-time, long-term supply opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and committed to helping children thrive in a nurturing environment.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and caring Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 qualified) to support children in the Nursery setting on a part-time basis. The role involves working closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team to provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning space for every child.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children in their early development through play-based learning and structured activities

• Work with individuals and small groups to support learning, social, and emotional development

• Assist with the preparation and organisation of resources and learning environments

• Support children with personal care and hygiene routines as needed

• Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents/carers

• Contribute to planning and observations in line with the EYFS framework

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)

• Has experience working in a Nursery or Early Years setting

• Is nurturing, patient, and passionate about supporting young children

• Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Is confident supporting children with a range of needs

• Has a sound understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
