Job description
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join a friendly early years team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential. Beginning Spetember 2025.
Duties as a Nursery Nurse:
Provide high-quality care and education to children.
Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Observe, assess and record children’s progress and development.
Build positive and supportive relationships with children, parents and carers.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, clean and welcoming setting.
Promote the safeguarding and welfare of all children.
Ideal Nursery Nurse:
A recognised Level 3 (or above) qualification in Childcare/Early Years (e.g. NVQ Level 3, CACHE, or equivalent).
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
A warm, patient and caring approach to working with young children.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills as a Nursery Nurse.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and high standards of care.
