Step Teachers currently have an opportunity for Nursery Nurses based in Barnet. A group of nurseries in Barnet have entrusted us to find well-trained and creative nursery practitioners to join their team in long-term positions. These opportunities are temp-to-perm, offering the successful candidates a permanent contract with the nursery if they meet their expectations. The selected candidates must be available for an immediate interview and a possible job trial.

To be eligible for this role, the successful candidate should have the following attributes:

  • Level 3 Nursery Nurse Qualification
  • Experience of working in an Early Years setting
  • Excellent understanding of necessary welfare procedures
  • A creative approach to their work
  • Able to manage the various tasks comprised in the role

Step Teachers works with excellent private nurseries in Barnet, each with its own unique atmosphere and style. They are looking for friendly people with a positive attitude to join their dedicated family and provide the same exemplary care that is expected of all staff. We have always received positive feedback both about the nurseries and the staff we have sent to them which has been the key to the bond we have with the nurseries to this day. As each nursery has its own unique dynamic setting, these roles are a great opportunity for someone newly qualified to establish a career in nurseries or for someone with several years of experience to broaden their experience and even learn something new.

To be eligible to apply for this role through Step Teachers you will first need to undergo our registration process, which includes; a face-to-face interview, full referencing, qualification checks and the obligatory safeguarding checks as step teachers are committed to the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff to share this commitment.

Please contact Nick for more information on how to apply.
