We are currently recruiting for a Secondary Teaching Assistant on behalf of one of our favourite Plymouth schools. The position in question is for day to day supply initially but this could lead to long term at a later date. The role will involve working as a Teaching Assistant on a 1-to-1 and group basis. This is a great opportunity to work flexibly, and maintain a work-life balance.
- It is expected that the successful candidate will not only have a relevant Secondary experience, but also a Teaching Assistant qualification
- The successful candidate will be able to differentiate to students of varying abilities effectively, making sure that all pupils feel valued and included
- As a Teaching Assistant you should be able to help control a classroom effectively, and be confident in your ability to manage behaviour
- The successful Teaching Assistant will be engaging, enthusiastic, and motivating to their pupils.
