Job description

Step Teachers currently have an opportunity for an SEN Teaching Assistant based in Norwich at an SEN School. This is a full time position and ongoing. Our ideal candidate will be available to start immediately.

The successful candidate will have: 

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Patient and calm demeanour
  • You should have strong SEN experience and be able to adapt the curriculum to suit a pupils learning style
  • You will have a good understanding of Special Educational Needs and Educational Inclusion
