Exciting Opportunity for Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant!

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant seeking a dynamic and flexible role in both SEN and Mainstream schools? Look no further! Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general support in classroom settings within both SEN and Mainstream schools.
  • Assist in creating inclusive learning environments.
  • Deliver 1:1 support to students with special educational needs.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and SENCOs to implement individualized education plans.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their social and emotional well-being.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant in the last 2 years.
  • A relevant qualification in education or SEN (Level 3 TA qualification or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of various special educational needs and the ability to adapt support strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in different educational settings.
