Job description

Are you a dedicated and passionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant seeking both long-term and short-term supply opportunities? Look no further!   • Experience: Previous experience working with SEN students required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to implement individualized education plans.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior support.
  • Offer one-on-one or small-group support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification.
  • Proven experience working with SEN students.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different educational settings for short-term supply work.
