We are partnered with a great school based in Enfield. This school is looking for a SENCo to start in January 2021. The SENCo post is a part-time position, ideally 2 days per week. They are looking for someone to join on a temporary basis, there will be an opportunity for the right person for the role to become permanent.

The successful candidate will:

• Be committed to providing high quality and strategic SEND provision across the school

• Believe in the right of every student to succeed

• Have excellent interpersonal skills and be a real team player.

• Be able to motivate, challenge and inspire staff and students to achieve their best

• Be well qualified, enthusiastic and dedicated

• Ideally have the SENCO qualification or be committed to achieving this

• Support our Catholic ethos and contribute to our core vision and values

This is a Primary school with traditional British beliefs and values. They are looking for a strong ambassador to endorse the same ethos and become a valued staff member within the school.
