Job description
Step Teachers are currently assisting a secondary school in Barnet for their next TA. The role is available from September. The school is rated "Good" by Ofsted.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience working within a secondary school
- Creative style to motivate and encourage children to perform well in a stimulating environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Patient and calm demeanour
