Step Teachers are working with a "Good" Ofsted-rated Primary School in Enfield to find a qualified and experienced Teaching Assistant who is ready to join their team long-term starting in April 2024. The school is eager to find a Teaching Assistant with a Level 3 qualification who is ready to get stuck in and support their Early Years class while contributing to their friendly, safe and community-focused atmosphere.

Teaching Assistant - Role:

• Making a positive impact on the lives of children with diverse learning needs.
• Assisting the class teacher with planning and delivery of activities.
• Supporting the development of children’s language and communication skills.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and providing pastoral support to children when required.
• Providing feedback to parents and carers on children’s progress and achievements.

Teaching Assistant - Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience working as aTeaching Assistant in a Primary School.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
