Step Teachers are currently recruiting for an exciting position starting in January, at a lovely Primary School in Plymouth. We are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant, who has a passion for PE. The perfect candidate will hold a Teaching Assistant qualification of at least Level 2 and will have experience in leading physical activity. This is a long-term position that is intended to go on until the end of the Academic Year.

• It is essential that applicants hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification, additional supporting qualifications are appreciated but not required
• The client is looking for a candidate with the experience they can directly apply to the role, a proven track record will make for a strong application
• Experience leading physical activity is something the School is looking for, or a proven passion for sports and exercise. Candidates who have coached in clubs or other extra-curricular activities before will be prioritised
• You should be passionate about providing the best possible support to pupils, and be motivated by the rewarding work that being a Teaching Assistant involves
