Step Teachers are currently looking for experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work within schools in Waltham Forest and Chigwell. We are currently getting a high demand for support staff within schools.
The School has asked for a proficient TA that has the following attributes:
- Either a CACHE level 2 or higher with experience of working with children in a school/nursery
- The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to successfully manage learning development projects
- Your schemes of work will be creative, varied and flexible enough to promote differentiation and commitment to the pupil’s progression
- You should have the ability to teach and inspire positive learning attitudes
Teaching Assistants within schools are crucial to help develop children both in their mental and academic development, as an employee of Step Teachers, you will always be supported throughout your teaching journey, and we strongly believe in the importance of the work that teachers do.
Candidates will be subject to a variety of checks including an enhanced DBS check, full references including your most recent employer, and eligibility to work in the UK.
