Job description
We have a primary school in London (N22) looking for a strong YR1 teacher to start in September on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will be an experienced YR1 teacher who has successfully completed their induction year and can demonstrate previous experience of working with YR1 pupils.
Rapidly moving from a “requires improvement school” to a “good” school as demonstrated in their most recent Ofsted report (April 2017), this primary school serves a multicultural community. The head teacher and governors have a strong commitment to developing staff and offer amazing support and opportunities for career development.
To be considered for the role of YR1 teacher you must:
- Have at least one year of teaching experience
- Have a teaching qualification suitable for primary education
- Be able to demonstrate experience of teaching and planning in all subjects in the primary curriculum
The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to successfully manage learning development projects.
