Step Teachers are currently looking to recruit an adaptable and experienced Year 6 Primary Teaching Assistant to work within one of our user schools based in New Barnet. Previous and recent experience within the classroom would be a definite advantage for the successful Primary Teaching Assistant.

• It is essential that applicants hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification, additional supporting qualifications are appreciated but not required
• The client is looking for a candidate with experience they can directly apply to the role, a proven track record will make for a strong application
• Applicants must be able to work as part of a small team, good communication and teamwork would be great traits to have
• You should be passionate about providing the best possible support to pupils, and be motivated by the rewarding work that being a Teaching Assistant involves

This will be a dynamic role that has potential to lead to long term work for the right candidate.

Candidates will be subject to a variety of checks including an enhanced DBS check, full references including your most recent employer and eligibility to work in the UK.
