From our thriving Compass House office in the dynamic business community of Cambridge's Vision Park, our Resource Manager, Alex, and his dedicated team have tirelessly sought out exceptional classroom practitioners. These talented individuals are handpicked to bring their expertise to schools spanning the scenic Fens, Peterborough, and even reaching up to Lincolnshire.

In 2021, we were awarded preferred supplier status for the Government's National Tutoring Programme (NTP). This recognition enabled schools to access ring-fenced funds aimed at helping children affected by the impact of the pandemic. Through our specialised 1:1 school-based tuition, diligently delivered by our NTP Manager, Sunny Hans, we have empowered schools to bridge educational gaps and support their students' progress.
