Step Teachers are currently seeking a Business Finance Manager for a brilliant secondary setting within the Totnes area. This role is to start from the 19th Feb for a full-time role. 

As a business finance manager, you'll need a good head for figures and for dealing with complex modeling and analysis, as well as a sound grasp of financial systems and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• provide and interpret financial information
• monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends
• analyse change and advise accordingly
• research and report on factors influencing business performance
• manage financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
• produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
• manage budgets
• supervise staff

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications
• Experience in Business Finance
• Supervision experience
