We are seeking a dedicated Business Studies Teacher for a part-time, long-term temporary role starting January 2026 and running until the end of the academic year.

Duties as Business Studies Teacher:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons in line with the curriculum

• Assess, record, and report on student progress and attainment

• Create a positive and stimulating learning environment

• Support students in developing key business concepts and employability skills

• Contribute to departmental meetings and school-wide initiatives

• Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management

Ideal Business Studies Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Degree in Business Studies or a related subject

• Previous experience teaching Business Studies at secondary or post-16 level

• Strong classroom management and communication skills as a Business Studies Teacher.

• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities

• Commitment to continuous professional development and teamwork
