Step Teachers are working alongside  Secondary schools in Hertford who are seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors for daily supply to cover a variety of lessons, without planning or marking. 

Role Overview: 

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the academic progress and personal development of our students, while also ensuring the smooth operation of the school through cover supervision duties. You will work closely with students, teachers, and senior leadership to deliver high-quality education and maintain a positive learning environment.

Cover Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Work as a Cover Supervisor during teacher absence, ensuring that pre-prepared work is completed and maintaining a
