Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join a school team. You will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absences, delivering pre-prepared lessons, and ensuring students remain engaged and on task. Beginning September 2025.

Duties as a Cover Supervisor:

• Supervise classes across various subjects and year groups.

• Deliver work set by the absent teacher.

• Manage behaviour and maintain a positive classroom environment.

• Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons.

Ideal Cover Supervisor:

• Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting.

• Strong communication and organisational skills as a Cover Supervisor.

• Confident classroom management skills.

• Flexible and able to adapt to different subjects.

• Degree must not be older than 5 years.
