Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a confident, reliable, and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join a team and support teaching and learning in the absence of class teachers. Beginning September 2025.

Duties as a Cover Supervisor:

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials to classes across various subjects.

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

• Support students in staying on task and engaging with learning activities.

• Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and behaviour.

Ideal Cover Supervisor:

• Strong communication and classroom management skills as a Cover Supervisor

• Ability to adapt quickly and work across different year groups and subjects.

• Previous school experience desirable but not essential – full training provided.

• Must be able to drive.
• At least 6 months experience as a Cover Supervisor.
