Cover Supervisor – Daily supply from as soon as possible

These flexible opportunities are ideal for Cover Supervisors who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different secondary school settings in Cambridge and the surrounding areas.

Duties as Cover Supervisor:

Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring pupils remain on task
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and engagement
Support pupils with their learning and encourage participation
Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment

Ideal Cover Supervisor:

Experience working with secondary-aged pupils in an educational setting
Confident managing classroom behaviour and engaging learners
Adaptable across different subjects and year groups
Reliable, professional, and able to follow school procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills as a Cover Supervisor
A degree or relevant qualification is desirable but not essential
