Step Teachers are actively recruiting for a design and technology teacher for a single-sex grammar and academy school based near Plymouth. The role of design and technology teacher is on a supply contract with the successful candidate able to start in January 2020.  

With examination results and university entrance records among the best in the country, the school are looking for an exceptional design and technology teacher and you should be able to provide evidence of results achieved in your previous role(s).

To be considered for this role you will be expected to:

• Show and demonstrate experience of planning and teaching design and technology
• Have experience and knowledge in the national curriculum for design and technology and related assessment practice
• Have held at least one teaching position in the related subjects
