A fantastic school in Ipswich have asked the team at Step Teachers to recruit a Design & Technology teacher to work on a supply basis to start in September 2019.  This is an ongoing assignment.

The school have said they are prepared to consider excellent newly qualified teachers for the position so if you are looking for your first position after qualifying this could be an ideal position for you.  Naturally the school will also look at applications from more experienced teachers for the position of design and technology teacher.

To be considered for the position of design and technology teacher:

You will have schemes of work that are creative, varied and flexible enough to promote differentiation and commitment towards pupil progression
The appointed teacher should motivate, enthuse, excite and challenge students to produce the highest quality work
At the heart of everything you do will be your passion for your subject
