Step teachers are working with this co-education secondary school with academy status to resource for a design and technology teacher.  The school is based in the London Borough of Croydon and the design and technology teacher role will be on a supply contract due to start in January 2020 and last through to July 2020.

To  be considered for this role you will:

• Hold a relevant teaching qualification
• Be experienced in the design and technology field with specialisms in food technology and/or textiles
• Be an outstanding classroom practitioner – with the ability to motivate, enthuse, excite and challenge your pupils

The school is currently undergoing changes as they move from an Ofsted rated “requiring improvement” to “good” status.  They have recently moved into a multi-academy trust which is ensuring they can deliver outstanding standards more consistently through their commitment to excellence and innovation.
