A pleasant school in Enfield in looking for an Early Years teacher to join their cohort. The school is working with Step Teachers to place the chosen Early Years teacher from September and in a temporary contract to begin with. The role will be suited to an Early Years teacher that is used to working in an environment that is inclusive and understanding to the individual needs of the pupils.

The Early Years teacher that is chosen to take up the role must display relevant qualifications regarding Early Years teaching. It would be greatly beneficial that you have worked in a setting that encompasses SEN and inclusion in their educational practise. Moreover, the school have requested the chosen candidate will be conscientious of the school aims and ethos; consistently encouraging pupils to fulfil these aspirations. You will need good references and an ability to work cohesively in a team.
