Step teachers are a busy educational recruitment agency based in Norwich city centre. Due to expansion, we are seeking an education recruitment consultant to join our successful team. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 12 months experience in the recruitment sector however candidates with transferrable skills will also be considered. 

We are a close team who take great pride in the work we do. Our consultants work 7.00 am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday term time and 8.30 am – 3.00 pm during school holidays.  

With a basic salary of £18,000 - £20,000 and commission from day 1, we are seeking a driven individual to take their earning potential into their own hands.

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proven ability in sales both on the phone and face to face 
• Maths & English GCSE (grade C or above) 
• Possess a determination and a focus to be successful
• Ability to work under pressure and be target driven 
• Self-motivation skills 
• Good sense of humour 
• Full drivers licence
