English & Media Studies Teacher

An exciting opportunity has arisen at a forward-thinking secondary school within the Acadmay Trust, currently undergoing major investment and development to enhance its facilities and learning environment.

The school is looking to appoint a dynamic English & Media Studies Teacher to join their passionate and growing department. This is a permanent position, open to both ECTs and experienced teachers, with flexibility for full-time or 0.8 FTE working.

The role of an English & Media Studies Teacher:

• Teach English and Media Studies across KS3–KS4 (KS5 available for suitable candidates)

• Contribute to curriculum planning, enrichment activities, and departmental development

• Inspire students and promote high standards of achievement

The Ideal English & Media Studies Teacher:

• Holds UK QTS (or equivalent) and a degree in a relevant subject

• Strong subject knowledge and passion for English and/or Media

• Committed to inclusive, high-quality teaching

• Keen to contribute to a vibrant and evolving school community
