Step teachers are working with a school in central Cambridge who are looking for an English teacher to begin a full time role in January 2020. This position will be offered on a supply basis and will be for a minimum of 1 terms.  

The ideal English teacher:

• You will have a English related degree, with PGCE and QTS

• Be able to demonstrate strong behaviour management strategies

• The school are happy to consider NQTs but suggest that this role might be better suited for candidates who are more experienced

• At the heart of everything you do will be your passion for your subject and the desire to inspire and motivate pupils to excel
