Are you a graduate looking for a salaried route into teaching?

​Our team in East Anglia are working with a college that is seeking graduates to work with their boarding students. You will be learning whilst working with students in the college broadening your subject knowledge whilst being given clear objectives of the techniques and standards required to qualify as a teacher. At the end of this course, you will gain a teaching qualification for free whilst being paid an annual salary.

What we offer.

  • A salary of £19.500 FTE whilst also gaining a teaching qualification

To apply you will need.

  • Commit to working Monday – Sunday with 2 days off in the week

  • Must have a minimum degree or equivalent qualification

  • Have a passion and drive to enhance students learning and ambition to become a qualified teacher

  • Ideally, your degree will be based around languages or Sport, but the college is happy to consider a range of subjects

  • Be available from January 2023. We may be able to enrol you later if not.
