Step Teachers are currently seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for a rewarding position to work with young adults with additional needs. The role is full-time from January 2024.
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning activities within a dynamic educational setting. Your responsibilities will include leading small groups, providing one-to-one support, and collaborating with teaching staff to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
HLTA qualification or equivalent
Proven experience in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to various classroom settings
