We are looking for a qualified History Teacher to work in a high school in North Norfolk. This full-time position through Step Teachers is offered for the summer term and beyond.  

Applications are welcome from Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) as well as those with more experience. The position of History teacher is due to commence in April 2021 and is covering a person on Maternity leave.   There is some Psychology lessons in the time-table and whilst not essential if you have some experience delivering Psychology this will place you at an advantage.

About the History Teacher

• You will be a fully qualified History Teacher with a related degree, a PGCE with QTS
• At the heart of everything you do, will be your passion for your subject and the desire to inspire and motivate pupils to excel 
• You will have schemes of work that are creative, varied and flexible enough to promote differentiation and commitment to pupil progression.
• You should understand the value of target setting as an aid to raising standards and improving attainment and achievement
• If you have some experience delivering Psychology, this would be a great advantage, though not essential
