Step Teachers are working with a "Good" Ofsted-rated school in Enfield, this school believes in themselves, others, and their faith which will allow them to reach their full potential and achieve their dreams and aspirations They’re currently looking for an HLTA in a Long-term Supply role to start immediately or September 2024 and They will also be expected to cover a KS1 class one day a week.  HLTA - Role:

• Providing one-on-one or small group assistance to students during classroom activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Adapting and modifying instructional materials to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Monitoring and documenting student progress and providing feedback to the teaching team.
• Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environme
