As Oxfordshire's leading supply teaching Agency, Class Act Teaching Services are currently looking for a KS1 Class Teacher in a  Primary School in Didcot. This role is full time the school are looking for a KS1 Class Teacher full time from June until the end of the academic year. This KS1 Class Teacher role will involve teaching a mixed Year 1 and 2 Class. 

This one form-entry Primary School has an ethos revolving around the provision of a supportive learning environment that allows every child the chance to flourish. The school is part of an academy trust and they are looking for a teacher who is able to make a positive impact on both the school and the children. 

Role of KS1 Class Teacher:

• Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
• Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed
• Work effectively with other members of staff, both within the classroom, and throughout the school
• Ability to monitor, assess and report on the progress of your students
• Able to plan and deliver engaging lesson that can be adapted to the needs of the class
• Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively

KS1 Class Teacher Requirements:

• Hold Qualified Teaching Status
• Recent mainstream school-based experience teaching in a Primary School
• Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management
• Experience working with SEND is desirable
