We are happy to be aiding one of our schools in Hackney in there search to find a KS1 TA. The position of KS1 TA within the department is a wonderful opportunity to work inclusively and is offered from September. The position of KS1 TA is currently a temporary post.

• TA's should demonstrate creativity and an ability to engage pupils through dedication and positivity.
• You should have an ability to teach and inspire positive learning attitudes.
• The Head Teacher has asked us to ensure that TA's show ability to establish high standards of conduct.
• TA's should establish high expectations of emotional and learning behaviour in all pupils.

The cohort are from a range of backgrounds and have a diverse level of ability on entry, with the vast majority achieving expected progression or above.
