Job description

Step Teachers are collaborating with a Primary school in St Neots to find an enthusiastic KS1 Teacher for a long-term position starting in September 2024.

This is an "outstanding" Ofsted-rated school where students relish the diverse array of captivating assignments that prompt profound contemplation about their studies, fostering their ability to achieve elevated standards by the culmination of Year 6.

KS1 Teacher Role:

  • As a KS1 Teacher, you would need strong KS1 knowledge
  • Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed 
  • Direct and support any additional staff in the classroom where applicable 
  • Able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons 
  • Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement, them effectively  

Requirements: 

  • Hold QTS or the equivalent of 
  • Have recent mainstream school-based experience as a KS1 Teacher
