An Ofsted rated school upholding ‘Outstanding’ status in Barnet are in need of an experienced Teaching Assistant to join the team. This role is a full-time, long-term opportunity working with a child with autism in a Year 1 class.

The successful candidate should display the following:

• Previous experience in KS1 or in a similar role within a mainstream school
• Previous experience with autism
• Patient demeanour
• Work using initiative to help with the child’s development
• Proficient spoken English is essential
