Job description

A school rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in Barnet have asked Step Teachers to source a resilient candidate, for a SEN Teaching Assistant role in Year 6. It will consist of working with a child 1:1 with Dyslexia

  

The successful candidate will have:  

  • Previous experience working within Primary Schools 

  • Previous experience working with children with Dyslexia 

  • Creative style to motivate and encourage children to perform well in a stimulating environment 

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Patient and calm demeanour 

  • Strong knowledge of Maths & English  

Hours: 8:30am – 1pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday) 

             12:30pm – 3:30pm (Thursday)
