Job description

Step Teachers currently have an opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant based at a Streatham school upholding ‘Outstanding’ status. This is a long-term, full-time supply position commenced to start as soon as a suitable candidate is found.

The School have asked for a proficient LSA who has the following attributes:

  • Able to adapt to the unique learning environment of the school
  • To contribute to and actively support the overall ethos/work/aims of the School
  • Candidates should establish high expectations of emotional and learning behaviour in all pupils
  • You will have a good understanding of Special Educational Needs and Educational Inclusion, and the needs of the more able and talented
