We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to assist students in their day to day learning on a temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent. You will play a key part in helping these students to achieve their full potential both in their academic learning and supporting all aspects of their development. 

The successful candidate should display the following attributes:

• Experience of working with SEN in a mainstream school
• Being able to explain complex information in a simplistic way 
• Strong behavioural management skills
• Patience and understanding
• Able to commit to the duration of the role
