Job description

Step Teachers have been asked by an Ofsted rated school holding ‘Good’ status in Barnet to source a resilient and experienced Learning Support Assistant. This is a full time opportunity and will commence as soon as a suitable applicant is found. This role is exclusive to Step Teachers!

The successful candidate should display the following attributes:

  • Experience of KS4 in a mainstream school
  • Strong behavioural management skills
  • Previous experience of SEMH, EBD or working in a PRU is beneficial
  • Patience and understanding
  • Able to commit to the duration of the role
