​Step Teachers has been granted the task of finding 2x Learning Support Assistants. These are full-time, long-term positions based in Enfield for the ARP unit in a mainstream school. Commencing after half term and will continue into the new academic year.

The school have asked for Teaching Assistants that demonstrate the following attributes:

• Experience working 1:1 with children

• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment for longer time-periods

• Ability to complete various tasks required by the class teacher

• Experience with working with SEN is ideal however would consider someone who doesn't have direct SEN experience but had a positive attitude

• Fulfil the role with confidence and being creative in their work

Candidates will be subject to a variety of checks, including an enhanced DBS check, full references including your most recent employer and eligibility to work in the UK.
