Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Permanent position available immediately

We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a nurturing and inclusive early years setting. Children are supported to develop their communication and social skills through a well-planned curriculum and a strong focus on language development. Staff build warm, trusting relationships with children and families, and leaders are committed to continuous improvement and safeguarding. The setting provides a safe, stimulating environment where children are happy, confident, and eager to learn.

Duties as Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:

  • Support the learning and development of children aged 0–5 in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being
  • Work closely with parents and carers to support home learning
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment at all times
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support inclusive practice and continuous improvement

Ideal Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (essential)
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
