Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Full-time, permanent role starting as soon as possible
This full-time Level 3 Early Years Practitioner role begins as soon as possible and offers a permanent opportunity in a nurturing and well-organised early years setting. Children are happy and settled, and staff provide a safe and stimulating environment where children are encouraged to explore and learn through play. Leaders are committed to continuous improvement and ensure that staff are well-supported and confident in their roles. The setting promotes strong partnerships with parents and carers, contributing to children’s positive development and well-being.
Duties as Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children aged 0–5
- Observe and record children’s progress, contributing to individual learning plans
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to team planning
- Maintain a clean and organised learning space
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers
Ideal Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:
- Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
- Experience working in an early years setting
- Leadership experience is a bonus but not essential
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills as an Early Years Practitioner
- Passionate about supporting young children’s development
- Able to work 7.5 hours per day on a full-time basis
