Maths Teacher
Start Date: September 2025
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Camden. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive team committed to delivering high-quality education in a subject that underpins so many career pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Use assessment data to track and enhance student progress
Support curriculum development, including schemes of work and assessment methods
Maintain high expectations for pupil behaviour and achievement
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth
Participate in departmental planning, school-wide initiatives, and ongoing CPD
Person Specification:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for Maths
Experience teaching at secondary level (ECTs/NQTs are encouraged to apply)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and professional development
