 Music Teacher Location: Coastal Town in the East Norfolk  Start Date: September 2024

The Role: As a Music Teacher, you will orchestrate a symphony of learning experiences, guiding students on a melodious journey through the realms of music theory, history, and performance. Whether nurturing budding musicians or refining the skills of seasoned performers, you will cultivate a culture of musical brilliance, instilling a lifelong appreciation for the art form.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging music lessons tailored to diverse student needs and abilities.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment conducive to musical exploration and growth.
  • Provide individualized instruction and constructive feedback to enhance student proficiency.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay abreast of best practices in music education.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Music Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • Experiences as a Music Teacher in Secondary School. 
  • Proficiency in playing at least one instrument and conducting ensembles.
  • Strong knowledge of music theory, history, and pedagogy.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
